Background.

Wei-Li is a global executive and leader with over 20 years of experience building and leading biopharmaceutical and diagnostic imaging businesses in the United States, New Zealand, China, and Taiwan. He came to Omada in 2019 following a rewarding 18-year career as an executive at global pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly and Company. 

Wei-Li holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration  from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.

As Omada’s President, Wei-Li is passionate about the organization’s strong foundations rooted in patient-centered technology, medical-grade evidence, and a scaled business model. His guidance and expertise has helped guide Omada’s expanded product offerings, integration with key partners, leveraging of new business channels, and overall strategic vision. Wei-Li hopes to continue redefining what digital healthcare can be, and should do.

Wei-Li is also a children’s book author having published Anny The Tall Girl, a story of diversity, equity, and inclusion. He and his wife Sarah are the proud parents of two daughters.
